Positive: The location was great. The facility was stocked adequately for our stay. All the appliances worked well. The view was awesome.
Negative: The heater in the main part of the house did not work. Vacasa sent someone to evaluate the heater, and they took pictures to send to someone for repair. Luckily, it was warm enough during the rest of our stay that we did not need to turn on the heat. One of the showers was leaking when we arrived, but the repair guy fixed that issue. The screen door on the slider and the master bedroom need to be replaced and let in bugs when we opened the window/door for fresh air.

Positive: The house is beautiful and so is the location. There was plenty of space for all of us. Our daughter and her 3 littles were able to join us and there was plenty of room and beds. There is a fire ring so grab a bundle of wood and some coffee if you drink it there is a machine.
Negative: Reached out to management to figure out how to get heat in the living room to no avail, I'm a night owl and so had to make do with blankets. There needs to be instructions for the shower and how to lock the front door on the way out.

Positive: Breakfast was not included. It had a great view of the ocean! The couch and dining area were comfortable, the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable.
Negative: It would have been nice to have a guest book with important information such as wi-fi code, check out procedures. We were told to put a load of laundry on which we put the load in the washer but there was no laundry soap.
Summary: Beautiful views, cozy location.

Positive: Location was great. Lots of space and a great view of the bay.
Negative: Cable was not available as advertised so no local channels, Two of the televisions had smart capability so we could access online applications through the wifi. The third television did not have smart capability nor did the cable box have a power cord so it was useless. There was a grassy area next to the firepit for my dogs to go potty in, but there was a lot of poop already there from what I assumed was pets from previous travelers who didn't feel the need to clean up after them.
Summary: Comfortable and cozy, beautiful views.

Positive: We loved the porch overlooking the Marina & Crabbing pier. Initially we arrived to the docks to drop our traps; but luckily we received approval for a 2-hr early check-in. The view of the sunrise/sunset were superb during our annual crabbing with family.
Negative: There was a pronounce slope in the flooring between the kitchen and living room, wasn't too bothersome and kept the kiddos entertained with their Aunt while we went to the docks.
Summary: Definitely will return if possible, need to remember comfortable shoes for possible hikes up/down 101

Negative: The low toilets and the drop down step into the master bathroom. There needs to be a grab bar going into the bathroom and out of the room. I almost fell a few times because there was nothing for me to grab onto, going into or out of the bathroom.
